SHIPPING RATES

MAH offers customers free shipping domestically and internationally. Deliveries within Singapore are sent via Aramex, and to other countries by DHL and SpeedPost.

Orders placed before 12 Noon will be dispatched on the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next business day. Prices quoted are based upon 1 parcel weighing up to 0.5 kg

We know how exciting it is to receive a parcel in the mail and we will aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Sale and busy periods may cause delays in dispatch. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. MAH is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We cannot deliver to post office boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To comply with Singapore export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift" even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly. Please be aware that as the recipient you are liable for all import duties or any additional taxes imposed by the country that you are shipping to. Serviceable areas are limited to selected postcodes in major business centres in Europe, USA, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase from the MAH website we are happy to exchange, credit or refund your original method of payment, providing that: (a) You register the return within 7 days of receipt of the goods, (b) You return the product to us within 14 days of registering your return request, (c) The returned product is in saleable condition, unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged, and in its original packaging with original garment tags attached and including the dust bag. If you return a product in accordance with the above terms, MAH will refund the price paid, less delivery and return postage costs and any other taxes, duties or charges imposed in respect of the product. If goods are faulty you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit along with reimbursement by MAH of postage costs incurred. Please refer to our NEED TO KNOW for further details on defective products. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. 

How to return your item

Return to us the item within 14 days of your purchase, unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached to the product.

Please include with your return:

  • The original receipt
  • Return/Exchange Goods Forms (MAH will send via email upon a returns request) completed and signed

If you wish to exchange your purchase please include a postage paid, self-addressed express postbag sufficient to return your purchase to you. Express postbags are the preferred way for you to return your items to us, as we are able to track them in case they go missing.

As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or your account credited or refunded. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, please notify us by email on wecare@mahcollection.com
