Why do I need to register an account?
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Alternatively, you can use your existing Social Media account to register. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.
How do I register?
Simply click on "Login" and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process.
If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your bag and are ready to complete your order, simply click on "Cart", and this will automatically ask for your details.
What if I forget my password?
If you ever forget your password there is always a link on the "Login" page. By providing your email address, mahcollection.com will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting "Login".
Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.
How do I change my password and personal information?
Once you login to your account, you may change your password and other personal information by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the webpage and selecting "My personal information" from the list of options. Enter your new details and click on "Save" and the changes will now be saved to your profile.
"My account" is a useful destination for configuring your www.mahcollection.com account to your liking.
How do I make a purchase?

What payment methods does mahcollection.com accept?
Payment should be pay through PayPal. All prices on the website are in US dollars.
Can I modify an existing order?
If you wish to modify an order email customer firstname.lastname@example.org will see this is possible. This will depend on which stage of the ordering process you are at. Please be advised that once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
How will I know if you have received my order?
Once an order has been placed you will be sent an email from MAH confirming that we have received your order.
Can I buy a gift for someone?
Yes, you certainly can. You can purchase any product as normal and there will be a shipping address option in the checkout to enter the recipients address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you may return or exchange an item based on following the instructions in our Shipping and Returns section under the 'Returns Policy'
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship to?
We ship to a number of major countries around the globe. To view the full list of destinations when placing your order there will be a drop down menu listing them all.
How much is the cost of shipping?

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, for your order security we require a signature upon delivery and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a shipping address where you or an authorized person is able to sign for delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you providing you with a tracking number for your shipment. You can use this tracking number with DHL or the local delivery company to track your item
Is my package insured?
Yes, all packages are insured from the time of dispatch to the time they are signed for upon delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost once they have been signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure that there will be a contact at the delivery address you provide that is authorised to sign for your delivery.
